This excerpt from the original solo soprano/orchestral version of Edvard Grieg’s Solveig’s Song from Peer Gynt was recorded during the 2012 Longfellow Choral Festival in Portland, Maine, on March 3, 2012. The soprano soloist is Rachele Schmiege. The Longfellow Chorus Orchestra is conducted by Charles Kaufmann. The venue was the First Congregational Church of South Portland.
