Antivirus Google Protect included in the Play Store regularly checks the reliability of the apps installed on the smartphone and if it detects malicious behavior, a removal request notice is shown, if the application is already installed, otherwise it is directly deleted from the Play Store and not more installable if not by third-party services. Therefore if you install applications only from the Play Store, even if it is not very fast in reporting any harmful applications, you can be fairly quiet.
