Tout le monde est différent, 1 min d’exercice c’est déjà super, n’hésitez pas à prendre les pauses nécessaires, et à ne pas utiliser le matériel s’il y en a dans les vidéos :)

♡ Pourquoi il n’y a pas de son/musique ? : car je ne veux pas vous imposer mes goûts musicaux NI des sons libres de droits bien relous qu’on a déjà entendu 300 mille fois. Du coup je préfère laisser mes workouts sans son pour que vous puissiez écouter votre propre playlist (ou regarder une vidéo/série) tout en gardant les bips !
♡ je film avec mon iPhone 12 Pro et je monte avec iMovie (oui c’est la merde je sais mais y’a pas les moyens de faire mieux lol)
♡ PROGRAMMES DE SPORTS GRATUITS TOUTES LES SEMAINES : sur mon instagram je poste tous les dimanches des programmes (que vous pouvez si vous le souhaiter) suivre toutes les semaines afin de savoir quelles vidéos suivre chaque jour et donc éviter de mélanger des vidéos qui n’iraient pas forcément ensemble !
♡ Je rappelle, bien que je suis en train d’étudier pour avoir mon NASM CPT, je ne suis pas une coach diplômée (pour l’instant hihi); je poste ces vidéos pour le plaisir, et parce que ces exercices m’ont aimé et je sais qu’ils peuvent vous aider aussi !

♡ Why there is no sound/music? Because I don’t want to impose my musical tastes on you: NO royalty-free sounds that we already heard 300 thousand times. So I prefer to leave my workouts without sound so you can listen to your own playlist (or watch a video/series) while keeping the beeps!
♡ I film with my iPhone 12 Pro and I edit with iMovie (yes it’s crap I know but there’s no way to do better lol)
