Greek Trireme Salamis 480 BC Miniature - Barbeque Skewers & Popscile Sticks Tutorial

Hi guys. Today we create the famous Greek (or Hellenic more accurately) warship named Trireme. Trireme was the ascendant of the naval warfare for about four centuries and the dominator of the greatest naval battle of all time (Salamis 480BC). THERE ARE NO PLANS. The dimensions of the deck -- 60cm, | 10cm, / 13cm I used wooden barbeque skewers of 2mm and 3mm, popsicle sticks, balsa sticks and hard cable for the stern. I painted with acrylics - Sails (5/6 titanium white, 1/6 raw sienna) - Prow (5/6 red, 1/6 black) - Deck, hull, oars and mast (4/6 raw sienna, 2/6 burnt sienna) I used sprays - Seats (burnt sienna) - Ram (metallic silver)) Special thanks to Hellenic Navy for giving me the permission to visit this wonderful ship during pandemic.
