Armadillo Playing Tennis

At this year’s Herman Story wine pick up party the “Zoo to You“ group in San Luis Obispo brought a collection of their rescued animals for the attendees to see. This Armadillo from South America enjoying a little play time with the tennis ball. The story goes is that this animal was being smuggled into the US inside a box of cantaloupes, and the smuggler was caught when an inspector noticed that one of the “cantaloupes“ was moving.
