【4K】Fools in the rain. Awa-odori in Tokyo Shimokitazawa.

Not a vlog, no intrusive faces or talking, pure Japan only. Actually I was planning Shinjuku walk but found news about Shimokitazawa Awa-odori event. Spent some time in the beginning looking around and for festival location. I like Awa-Odori in Shimokitazawa more than in Koenji. Koenji event is very regulated with noisy policemen and fences, dancers are too serious. Shimo-kitazawa is nice for its small streets, dancers are in front of you and very relaxed, you can even dance with everyone, Awa-odori - dance from Shikoku also known as Fools dance.
