Zooming the Orion Nebula M42 with the Nikon Coolpix P1000 camera. No telescope - only camera with incredible optical zoom (125x). Photos and real-time video. This camera is not good for shooting deep space objects because it has a very small pixel size (which gives a lot of noise) and has exposure length limitations at high ISO.
