Reactions To Navalny’s Death In Central Asia: People Arrested And Fined, Memorials Are Being Removed

Security services in Central Asia have arrested and fined people paying tribute to Russian opposition leader Aleksei Navalny after his death in prison, while memorials outside Russian embassies in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan have been removed.
