China’s Original Downtown District-Where are the Homeless?

This is a ride through the original downtown area of Nanning City, Guangxi Autonomous Region China. The Chaoyang district is and has been the main stay place for most foreigners that have traveled to Nanning. It has restaurants, bars, shops and walking streets designed to be a tourist attraction. You will notice the streets have no homeless people, tent cities, or garbage piled up as we are used to in the west. Sit back and enjoy as I explain the area as I drive around on my e-bike.
