Wrestling Bios Presents - The Story of The Nasty Boys Tag Team wrestling in the WWE, by most accounts, was much better back in the old WWF days. With teams like The Hart Foundation, The Rockers, Demolition and The Legion of Doom, the World Wrestling Federation once had one of the greatest tag team divisions in the world. That doesn’t mean that ALL the tag teams were super talented. Enter Brian Knobbs and Jerry Sags, better known as The Nasty Boys. The Nasty Boys got their break in wrestling while working for Verne Gagne’s AWA and the CWA in Memphis. After a brief stint in WCW where they had great matches with The Steiner Brothers, the Nasty Boys made their way to the WWF, almost instantly being pushed to the top of the company and capturing the WWF Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania VII.
