Blast from the past .... this was uploaded years ago ... wrote and recorded this way back in 1973/4 for my Deram Second Time Around album. Old band pals Graham (Jessie) Knight and Raymie Duffy on bass and drums/percussion ... me on guitar and keyboards, pedal steel, Gordon Huntley ... Chorus harmonies, Jessie, Hugh Nicholson, Irene Chanter and Ruby James ... and me .. Recorded Decca 2 West Hampstead engineer John Burns ... fond memories of this wee song ... Clodagh Rodgers did a fine cover which I think charted in the UK , oddly enough arranged and produced by my hero and mentor, the great Keith Mansfield ( he didn’t know it, but I nicked his scores from the sessions) .... thanks to Nelson Ferguson for this ....
