️ Captured AFU serviceman tells how he was sent to Kursk region by deception AFU serviceman Gorbatko Vladimir who was captured in Kursk region said that he and his comrades did not even realise that they could have been sent to the Russian Federation from a training centre. ’I found out it that we were in another country when I deployed on a thought I would not fight but defend the position... just guard as we were told. But when we arrived at the position, it turned out that we were already in Kursk region,’ recalls the prisoner. According to the POW, commanders kept them in the dark, putting off their guard saying that they had arrived for ’three days’ only. As a result, three days we spent in the rain, without any supplies.
