Intense fighting in several locations across Gaza between Israeli forces and Palestinian armed groups, al-Qassam brigades, and al-Quds forces. The Hamas military wing, the Qassam Brigades, said it attacked Israeli soldiers in Jabalia refugee camp and al-Faluja areas in the northern Gaza Strip. Al-Quds Brigades, the military arm of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad, said it bombed Israeli forces near a cultural centre east of the southern city of Khan Younis.
