Beginner Contact Staff Tutorial: Arm Roll aka Steve | How to flow with the contact staff

In this beginner tutorial I will show you how to learn the arm roll with the contact staff, known as the “Steve”. The steve is one of the basic moves in contact staff, and is an important building block on which to learn more advanced tricks and variations. To learn this trick, you definitely should know the neck wrap. It also helps to know the halo, although it is not strictly necessary.
