I burned 1000 calorie every day for a week: RESULTS

Every day for a week, I did 1000 calorie-burning intense workouts. How much can you lose if you burn 1000 active calories every day for a week, considering you keep eating the same food? I decided to try! I did spin classes, lots of running, extreme hiking, went to Peloton Studio in London, danced, and did 1000 sit-ups. Wonder how much I lost?
