Delta DJ-20 Jointer Restoration

This Delta DJ-20 is an 8“ woodworking jointer that I picked up at a local auction. And although its not all that old (1991) this thing looked like it had been put through the ringer. I was sitting in a leaky barn on an old mans property and my assumption is that it hadn’t run in a few years. Being over 300 Lbs and looking like it had been lubricated with maple syrup its whole life I knew i could get this machine for pennys on the dollar.. And I did. This restoration really didn’t take a whole lot other than bottles of wd-40 and a lot of elbow grease, you can see by the thumbnail that the outfeed handle was busted (Luckily they still make parts) but other than that it was just the usual tune up, new Blades and Bearings. I appreciate you watching if you wanna check out whats coming up check out my IG
