Punk musician Caff describes how he creates his look. Caff (Declan Caffrey) shows how he creates his spiky hairstyle using soap and how he applies his eyeliner and lipstick. On his attitude to wearing make-up, Caff says, If you want to do it, do it. Don’t let anyone or anything stop you from doing it. Just be yourself be what you want to be. Caff was a member of bands Paranoid Visions and Dreamcreeper. This episode of ‘Borderline’ was broadcast on 7 February 1987. ‘Borderline’ was a Saturday morning teenage programme that covered music, fashion and film.
