Unwrapping Parts Using Pelt and Relax in 3DSMax 2015
This is a medium skill tutorial on how to UV Unwrap complex shapes. I’m using Pelt and Relax and explaining how to use Point to Point to define the seams. I’ve used UV Layout and UVMaster and ultimately decided I can move just as fast in Max as those 3rd party tools because a user (me) still has to define those seams. That’s the bottleneck.
