How to make an insole of nora® Lunatec combi 8 and Lunatec motion
This video shows how to make an insole of Lunatec combi 8 and Lunatec motion for amateur athletes.
Base layer: Lunatec combi 8 I 12 mm
- Vulcanized combination of EVA materials Lunatec EP (permanently resilient layer, 4 mm) and Lunatec SE (stabilising layer, 8 mm)
- highlights: high recovery capacity combined with great form stability
Top layer: Lunatec motion I 2 mm
- absorbs shearing forces with every footstep
- ease for the musculoskeletal system
- very good cushioning and damping properties
The top layer of Lunatec motion (ca. 10 Shore A) is ideal for sports with fast movements, sudden change in direction or fast stopping after running as it absorbs shearing forces and minimises possible pain.
The permanently recilient layer of Lunatec EP (ca. 22 Shore A) dampens to protect joints and muscles.
The stabilising layer of Lunatec SE (ca. 45 Shore A) serves as a stabilisation of the whole insole and helps to steady of the foot.
