Racing Master (巅峰极速) - PC Version Gameplay - F2P - Mobile - CN

Trying out the PC version, you can download it from their website. At first, I thought it was a Mumu apk installer but Mumu is totally unnecessary to play the game on PC, they just force you to install it but I uninstalled and the game still works. The process is this, you download Mumu from the blue button on their website, and it installs Mumu with a shortcut inside to an “HD version“ of the game, then this shortcut will start the true PC launcher that will install the game in your PC, not on Mumu, isn’t it weird? xD so... after you get the game shortcut on your desktop you can uninstall Mumu completely, then launch the game and will download the files. Looks like the game uses the same assets as the mobile version, but it looks a bit better cause the higher resolution. It also supports Gamepad and Keyboard like the mobile game.
