Super D! Making Meihan with Naoki Nakamura

D1GP Legend and Japan native Naoki Nakamura came to california for a short time this year touring around to multiple events and driving with a car built to match his japanese version D-Max S13. Their last stop was Sonoma Raceway where Faruk Kugay made a scale replica of Nakamuras’ home track Meihan. Sonoma has done Meihan set ups before but never a full scale replica of this track and certainly not with Naoki ever being here. Our U.S. drifters got to throw down and show him and his team what grassroots drifting is out here. Wall taps and door banging is always on the menu for sonoma wednesday nights but this one will go down in the history books for sure!
