Kenny G and Austin Gatus “Over the Rainbow“ accompanied by Orange County’s Pacific Symphony

Back in 2008, 12 year old Austin was asked to be the guest speaker and play saxophone for a Rady Children’s Hospital foundation event. During this time, Austin was still in treatment for cancer (leukemia). Kenny G was the guest performer for the evening. To Austin’s surprise, someone that had enjoyed his saxophone playing in the hospital had sent Kenny G a DVD of him. (Thank you Mindy) Thus, a friendship was formed and over 4 years later, Austin (now 16 years old) and Kenny G played a reprise of the song
