Hilariously Bad Pepe Ganga My Little Pony Commercial [HD Reupload]

This is a commercial which was uploaded to the official My Little Pony channel some time ago. It is notable for being horribly animated; so much so that it’s actually quite entertaining to examine closely and pick apart animation errors. It appears as though the ponies were animated from scratch using cheap puppet warps, cobbled-together assets, and at times they were even extracted from the show then needlessly put against a green screen. [For example, Applejack’s green eyes are keyed out at one point, and the green fringing is even more prevalent.] It’s astounding that someone who doesn’t even know what an alpha channel is could be paid money to create a commercial and have that commercial uploaded to a channel with millions of viewers.
