Mr Dux was also the inspiration for the movie Bloodsport that came out in 1988 with Jean Claude van Damme. Frank W. Dux is a Koga Yamabushi Ryu Ninjutsu expert who learned the ways of the ninja from: Shidoshi Senzo Tanaka. Long before the Ninja Craze Shidoshi Dux started teaching under the Koga Yamabushi Association. Although the traditional aspects of the Koga Yamabushi Ryu Ninja tradition are honoured and trained for preservation in many Dux Ryu schools, the focus of Dux Ryu Ninjitsu is more on reality and learning techniques and moves that work in threatening situations.
