Статическое упражнение в котором работают в основном мышцы поясницы, а так же ягодичные мышцы. Основная задача - стать на локти, ногами упираемся в пятки. Тело при этом стараемся держать максимально ровным. Самое важное - не опускать ягодицы и тем самым не расслаблять мышцы поясницы.
A static exercise in which mainly the muscles of the lower back, as well as the gluteal muscles. The main task is to get on your elbows, with your feet resting on your heels. We try to keep the body as even as possible. The most important thing is not to lower the buttocks and thereby not relax the muscles of the lower back.
