DIY PUFFY SLEEVE BLOUSE | Beginner friendly sewing tutorial in step by step

In today’s video, I’m going to share with you how I made my Puffy sleeve blouse. It’s a long blouse with puffy details at the top and the end of the sleeve. It’s also the oversize blouse.
