Maneki Neko - Drifting Between Stars Auracle Straypointer Records SP5001 Release 9 Aug 2005 This was the last song to develop out of the sessions that became “Auracle“. Most of the sessions for Maneki Neko happen late in the evening and going well into the early morning hours. The inspiration came from taking a break and walking outside. Looking up into the night sky, there usually was a good view of the stars. I think this drove the sounds I used on this song. There is a feeling of drifting and discovery.
