We love an abs and shoulder workout at home because working out your shoulders is an important muscle we use in all our daily lives. Think pushing, pulling, lifting... etc. So making sure our shoulders are nice and strong helps prevent injury and also aesthetically makes your upper body look more defined.
As for the abs, you guys should know by now we are a sucker for abs workouts. Having a strong core is key - its the base of support for your entire body. So this intense shoulder and abs workout is just as much functional as it is fun (for us anyway, we LOVE abs and shoulder workouts).
