The ongoing work of the and WETER LLC project team to popularize the project and the innovative wind energy complex contributes to the growing interest of government agencies, investment organizations and companies from different countries in the proposed original technical solution for generating electricity using wind energy. Currently, prerequisites have been created for the implementation of the project and the construction of a wind energy complex on the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Currently, cooperation is planned on the design, construction and use of an electric generating building through the mediation of the IIPC (a division (agency) of the Ministry of Investment of the Republic of Indonesia in Abu Dhabi) and the representative of the project team, Indonesian citizen Dani Kurniawan, with the following companies (organizations): United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is a Singapore financial group, the largest (after DBS Bank and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation) bank in Singapore, with more than 500 branches in 19 countries in Asia, Europe and North America; China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) is the largest construction contractor in the world (one of the twenty largest companies in China) specializing in the construction of residential, office, hotel, sports, educational, medical and industrial buildings, exhibition and conference centers, infrastructure facilities (including airports, roads, bridges, dams and ventilation systems), investments and real estate management; a significant share is made up of international contracts; The Office of the Unified Investment System and Integrated Services of the city of Bandung (Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kota Bandung) is an institution that plays a strategic role and performs functions for the implementation of integrated licensing services in the city of Bandung. In October 2023, Dani Kurniawan and the IIPC agency are consulting with the representative office of China State Construction Group (CSCG) in Indonesia and United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) on the investment, design, construction of an electric generating building presumably in Bandung. Through the Office of the Unified Investment System and Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) in Bandung, work is underway to obtain a construction permit for the proposed capital construction facility. To conduct this activity, at the request of the Abu Dhabi IIPC Agency, in September, the project team prepared a presentation video on the design and architectural solution of an electric generating building on the territory of Bandung in Indonesia. The prepared presentation video was transferred to the IIPC Abu Dhabi agency in October 2023 and will be used as necessary. The video shows the proposed design and architectural form of the electric generating building with reference to the site of the territory of Bandung. The order of operation of the electric generating complex is indicated here, the technological scheme of the concentration of the air flow acting on the blade system of the electric generating unit is given. A comparative analysis of the advantages of the proposed device in relation to classical wind power plants, widely used in most countries of the world, is made. The video reflects the opinions of scientists and specialists in the field of construction and architecture regarding the proposed technical solution. We hope that business relations with these companies will be established and conditions will be created for the design and construction of an electric generating building in Indonesia. In turn, this may have an important, effective value for the implementation of the project, the construction and use of an electric generating building on the territory of the countries of the Pacific region and the Middle East.
