Go Naked At Home Ep. 5 - Muesli Bars

There is simply too much waste on our Earth that supports us, it’s time we worked a little harder to support her, and it all starts from home! On this episode of Go Naked at Home, we dive into the mixing bowl making a family snack favourite, muesli bars! Here’s how we’re gonna do it: Ingredients 1.5 cups natural almonds 1.5 cups natural peanuts 3 cups rice puffs 1/2 cup chia seeds 3 tbl spoons peanut butter 3 tbl spoons honey Method: Preheat Oven to 160 degrees Celcius 1. Chop all nuts so they are nice and crumbly 2. Soak chia seeds (you can do this first also) 3. Melt Peanut butter in the oven for about 20 seconds 4. Mix all your ingredients together: nuts, chia, peanut butter and honey 5. Create small square, circles of your muesli bars on a baking tray 6. Cook in oven for 20mins 7. take out and let cool off 8.
