EVERYDAY - (Slade cover) - Lyric video … and the mystery behind it!!! On 22nd January 2021, Jessika Mae released a beautifully stripped-down version of Slade’s classic song ‘Everyday’ to the world. The song features acoustic accompaniment by Matt Harvey;- the nephew of original Slade guitarist, Dave Hill … and their cover received rave reviews from die-hard Slade fans throughout the UK, and beyond! Inside the envelope was a USB stick and a cover letter that seemed to come from a fan who really loved the ‘Everyday’ cover song that Jessika and Matt had recorded.
