i tried LE SSERAFIM *VERY INTENSE* workout routine for 7 DAYS | *almost PASSED OUT*

I have no idea why i thought doing this workout was a good idea LOL😂 I have never felt so tired, weak and fragile while doing it. This was one of the hardest workouts I have ever put myself through. I will say that it motivated me to get myself away from my desk and to get active. I feel as though this workout was hard on my body it did allow me to see what its like to workout like Le Ssserafim members. I give them so much praise for working out like this not only once a day but TWICE A DAY!! On top of this workout they do 7 to 9 hours of dancing. I’m not sure what other activities they do but i’m sure it involves a lot of them continuously being active no matter what. If you want me to try another kpop idol or group workout routine let me know. LE SSERAFIMS WORKOUT ROUTINE: 100x - Jumping Jacks 4 x 25 - Burpees 2 x 10 - Jump Squats (hold your ears) 1 Song - Plank Crawl ( I did songs that were 2:50 to 3 mins long) 2 x 10 - Plank Ups & Downs
