Beef Chili Dry Recipe
Ingredients for Beef Marination:
Beef (boneless strips) 700 g
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ingredients for Egg Fried Rice:
Oil 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Eggs (beaten) 2
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Carrots (chopped) 1 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Rice (boiled) 2 cups
Green onion (chopped) 1/2 cup
Ingredients for Beef Chili Dry:
Oil 2 tbsp
Marinated beef
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Slurry (corn flour 1 tbsp water 2 tbsp)
Green onion 1 cup
Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup 1/2 cup
Capsicum cubes 1 cup
Green chilies (julienne) 1/2 cup
Red chilies (julienne) 1/2 cup
Direction for Beef Marination:
1. In a bowl add beef strips,, lemon juice, white pepper powder, oil, ginger garlic paste. Mix it well and set aside.
Directions for Egg Fried Rice Preparation:
1. In a wok heat oil and add ginger garlic paste. Cook for a minute. Add beaten eggs, black pepper, white pepper and salt. Cook and scramble until fully done. Add carrots, soy sauce, vinegar and sauté it for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add green onion and toss well over high flame for a minute. Add boiled rice and mix it well.
3. Beef Chili Dry is ready.
Directions for Beef Chili Dry Preparation:
4. In a preheated pan heat oil and add marinated beef. Cook for 3-4 mins. add white pepper powder, salt, vinegar, hot sauce and cook for another 5 mins.
5. Add soy sauce, ketchup, sugar and mix it well. add 1 cup of water, slurry and mix it again.
6. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook until beef is fully done.
7. Add capsicum, green chilies, red chilies and cook for 1-2 mins.
8. Your beef chili dry is ready. Serve it with egg fried rice and enjoy.
