The owner of “The Moon and the Clown“, Yoshinao Nagaya, quit his job as a civil servant and started baking bread in the storage of his parents’ house.
The store and house, built in 2020 by a renowned architect, are in perfect harmony with the bread. Customers come from far and wide to visit.
