Drama as Buffaloes Trample Old Lion

Dark Mane Northern Avoca Male Lion gets caught in between a herd of buffaloes and has to fight for his life. 24-year-old field guide, Deon Kelbrick, was witness to the potential fall of an empire when he and guests from Nkorho Bush Lodge were out on a morning safari in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve. Deon tinged and shared this heartbreaking sighting with in your wildlife video here, and earn money: “This was a very emotional sighting to witness for me and my guests yesterday morning.“ “The pride attempted a hunt on a herd of buffaloes and things went south quickly when the whole herd retaliated, stampeding towards the lions. Unfortunately, the older male lion could not get out of the way quick enough because of his injury.“ “He then got thrown around and trampled for about 15 minutes before the rest of the pride came to his aid. He survived the ordeal and is still alive, but he is in very bad condition with internal damage.“ “As sad as it is, we should always remember this is the wild and that nature can be cruel sometimes and it will always be a battle for survival.
