A little slow at first but picks up around 4-5 min. Playing drums at the US Social Forum in Detroit, MI with Taina Asili y La Banda Rebelde Decided to change the name of the video due to people misinterpreting the idea of a kick ass drummer. To myself that means laying back, keeping the groove, and not getting out of control when one doesn’t need to. One doesn’t need to solo every second during a song for the player to be kick ass.
