Martian Landscape - UFO (1976)

“Martian Landscape“ was released in the spring of 1976 on UFO’s fifth studio album, No Heavy Petting. No Heavy Petting is my favorite UFO album and this is the second video (after “Belladonna“ ) that I’ve made for a track from it. I used a 192KHz/24 bit vinyl rip as the audio just sounded so much better than any of the other versions I had. No Heavy Petting was the first UFO album to feature a full-time keyboard player as a member of the band, making this their first record as a five-piece band. Though he only stayed for this one album, I really like the keyboard sound Danny Peyronel brought to this he co-wrote this strange, beautiful song. Of course he was replaced by Paul Raymond on keyboards for the next one of my all-time greats! So, I’m kinda, sorta back!
