This pasta dish will be a new weeknight favorite 👏

Welcome to another episode of Lazy Trader Joe’s Meals Here’s what you need: - 7 oz pasta (I used the lemon flavored torchietti from the panoply of pasta) - 1 can Greek chickpeas with cumin and parsley - 1/3 cup tahini - 1/3 cup unsweetened plant milk (to loosen sauce) - handful of diced tomatoes - handful of diced black olives - parsley to garnish - reserve 1/4 cup pasta water 1. prepare pasta according to package instructions 2. While the pasta is cooking, add chickpeas and tahini to a food processor. Blend on high for 30 seconds. Slowly add unsweetened plant milk and blend again until smooth. 3.
