This is very cool for hardstyle or hardcore vocals. Basically, you first chop up the vocal with Fruity Slicer. Then, you apply the arpeggiator to create the stutter. When you have the stutter, you can automate the TIME knob to create this effect. How you automate this TIME knob and how you draw the vocal slices, will determine how the effect plays out.
