baking a cake for apollo (vegan golden sun cupcakes!)

(recipe starts at 2:54min) What’s up my dudes, today I’m back with another part of my video series where I’m baking something inspired by the greek gods & goddesses! And since summer is in full effect right now, I decided to bake something for the god of the sun or light in general: Apollo! Apollo is another son of Zeus and twin brother of Artemis (hehe, hi bro) and is one of the most popular greek gods out there. Being connected to light, the sun and all things pretty, I baked some fluffy peach cupcakes with a peanut butter & cream cheese frosting, a caramel drizzle and a sun, or sun rays made out of chocolate covered pretzel sticks. All vegan ofc!
