Marvelous Mechanical Music Machines - The Gladiator Calliope - House on the Rock

Part of the wonderful collection of automated music machines located at The House on the Rock, Spring Green WI This is located in the “Streets of Yesteryear“. This giant creation, sets on a riverboat setting, totally mechanical, with all metal pipes that never need tuning. In addition to the animated bandsmen, there are little brown jugs on the lower right, glass bottles on the upper right. and drums and chimes everywhere in between.
