Blender 2D/3D “Gingerbread Escape“ Grease Pencil Scene

Hey everyone! Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Wanted to create this fun piece featuring Little Maxwell and some daring gingerbread men. Initially, I was attempting to create just a dessert tower and try out a new shader, but I liked the direction a lot and decided to flesh out the idea. The concept came from me wanting to create something baking inspired. I’ve been doing this a lot lately, so I thought it was fitting. I also wanted to focus on workflow within Blender, using different scenes & collection instances. Overall, it was really fun to work on and I’m happy with how it turned out.
