Philippine and Chinese boats collide in South China Sea

This is the moment two ships from the Philippine and Chinese Coast Guards collided in the South China Sea. The two vessels can be seen touching bows in the highly contested area of water. The video, filmed by the Philippines’s Coast Guard shows their crew attempting to dampen the collision whilst their Chinese counterparts watch and film.
