I conceived this project because for a long time I wanted to make something out of upholstered furniture, to try myself in hauling. The budget was set at $ 15. I knew that this lesson could not be called simple, but I did not expect that during the manufacture I would make all the mistakes possible))) In fairness, I must say that almost all the mistakes were corrected and I am quite happy with what happened. The first mistake is that I did not number all the details and their position in the structure, and of course I got confused when drilling under the dowels. And you also need to fasten the workpieces more firmly during fastening, because of this, inaccuracies in the connections were obtained, but I expected to correct such errors at the grinding stage, and so it happened. The second mistake is the thickness of the foam, it was necessary to make it one-third thicker, I think that the pouf would look more interesting, although I am sure that it looks great in this version too) The third mistake is too loose tension of the material when sheathing. This is my first experience and I sewed it on a whim, although ideally it was necessary to first make a pattern and sew a cover, and only then pull it on. There are many errors, but it’s good that they are not critical and correctable. In any case, I am sure that the video will be useful to beginners like me.
