Rally commemorating Pinochet regime victims turns violent

A march that started peacefully and was supposed to be a tribute to the victims of Chilean General Augusto Pinochet’s regime turned chaotic after groups of protesters clashed with police and vandalized mausoleums in the city’s general cemetery.
