I decided to try something a little different than the usual. This AMV focuses on Eriko and her grievous ties to the “cursed“ Z, which was once owned and raced by her brother, who happened to have the same name as it’s new owner. She struggles to understand their obsession with the car and the speeding addiction that comes with it. Eriko is a minor character in the series, and only around for a few episodes before she leaves Tokyo to attend college in England. The edit also features Akio’s second race with the S30 Datsun 240Z against “Blackbird“ Porsche 964.
