piccolo trombone

This is a beautifully made Thein PICCOLO trombone! This is not a soprano trombone or “slide trumpet“ like what Jupiter make! I have one of them also. This baby uses a cornet shank mouthpiece and plays with a very sweet sound for such a high pitch instrument. I believe that German brass has this made for their arrangement of the Peanut Vendor, and really I see no other use for it. But it sure is fun! Beautifully made with a matching price tag.
