1 HOUR INTENSE & SWEATY STEP WORKOUT | indoor walking for weight loss

Another sweaty, fast paced, challenging and super fun step workout is here. This routine has three 20 minute rounds and two 30s breaks so not a lot of time to rest but just enough to catch your breath and rehydrate. If you have done any of my step workouts you will know that they are a lot faster than what you might be used to and I like to throw an odd squat hold for that extra challenge. This workout is NOT TO THE BEAT. The focus of this and any of my step workouts is speed and step count so please use your own audio if this is not to your liking. According to my FitBit I got 7996 steps and burned a whopping 628kcal. Please not the step count will vary from person to person and it is greately influenced by the type of the smart device you use, your speed and physical factors such as your weight and age. Don’t be discouraged if your results differ as it wont be a true representation of the effort you put in. Lets step and shred!!!
