I exit the library and move the elevator. I steal Dexter’s key to the library, then break into the library. Then I crawl through the library grate to the elevator shaft. Since the elevator is on the first floor, I can go to the area under the elevator shaft, which turns out to be the secret entrance to the royal tower.
