bacon - 200 g (7 oz)
for potatoes:
potatoes - 400 g (14 oz)
salt - 5 g ( oz)
black pepper - 3 g ( oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g ( oz)
olive oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
boiled water - 1.5 l (51 fl oz)
Leave it for 10 min
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/40 minutes
for the glaze:
chili sauce - 20 g (0.7 oz)
apple vinegar - 10 ml ( fl oz)
soy sauce -10 ml ( fl oz)
honey - 10 g ( oz)
mustard seeds - 10 g ( oz)
Over low fire 5 min
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/5 minutes
for the sauce:
Greek yogurt -200 g (7 oz)
green onion - 50 g ( oz)
garlic - 20 g (0.7 oz)
salt - 5 g ( oz)
black pepper - 3 g ( oz)
lemon juice - 5 ml (1 tsp)
